There is a reason that Kenetico has such an outstanding reputation. They have great products and marry them with exceptional service. I was given an honest assessment of my water quality and an appropriate solution. There was no attempt to sell me unneeded equipment to achieve some ‘perfect’ water condition. The selected equipment was installed on time and professionally. The work areas were cleaner after the installation than before. Derek took the time to ensure that I understood the system, the maintenance needs and performance expectations. I could not be happier with my selection of Kinetico.

I had Aquarius come out today to change filters in my ro. Brendon Pagel (the tech) arrived when he said he would & performed the service. He was knowledgeable & personable, kept me informed of everything he did. He answered all of my questions & let me know of things I could do to make the system better. Brendon did a great job & only backed up why we chose Aquarius.

Awesome job! Our house is old and has some issues with the plumbing to begin with. Technician did a great job and was always respectful and informative. His name was branden and he was still new at the time of this review. He did a great job. Absolutely zero complaints and would recommend using Aquarius and their staff, especially branden.
