C&M may have been a good home builder years ago, that is what I was told when I moved here, but their rapid growth over the years has led to a significant decrease in quality of work, in my opinion. Unfortunately, all aspects of their work was, at a minimum, subpar - poor house planning and layout for site, below average workmanship, and difficult to work with after closing on the property. I would strongly recommend considering other options, even if slightly more expensive, if you are looking for a durable and quality build.

Moving in to our new home in a couple of weeks. This builder has been great to work with. The price is fair and there is plenty of options in the base price. The upgrades are reasonable...decisions, decisions. Really proud to say we had our home built by C&M.
