As a local business we needed 2 windshields replaced, it was hard for us to bring our vehicles to them, they were more than willing to come to us and take a look so we knew whether they could be repaired or replaced. Also, they completed both vehicles in a very timely manner. Any questions I had along the way they were right there to answer and assist me throughout the process. As a business I needed to supply my boss with different quotes, Glass Doctor was the second lowest in price, but they really made us feel like we were a customer. Making it a personable experience for us as a business. We will be using them for all business, and personal, use in the future!

Glass Doctor was able to create a custom octagon-shaped glass table top for a coffee table in an incredibly short time frame. I was so excited with how the finished product turned out and pleased with how quick and professional the entire process was! Glass Doctor was even willing to visit me to take measurements and to drop off the finished product. The whole process was easy and affordable -- I wish I would have contacted them about this table years ago!
They were great. They gave me a wonderful deal on a windshield replacement. Very professional as well as a high importance of quality work as well as being auto glass safety council certified. Will definitely go back in the future.
I had to sell my car and panicked because it was weekend and had to find someone to do the job. I Google and found Glass Doctor. I got a response (on the weekend) and the estimated price was way bellow what I expected (information from car dealers). It was fun to see how the job of replacing a car windshield is. A stone chip in my windshield needed repair. I call Auto Dr. in Eau Claire about the cost of repair.. The cost was 60, but Marty informed me that a coupon was available for 50% off. I bought the coupon and made an appointment for the next day. I arrived early and the repair was made quickly. The service was great and Marty was very helpful. I learned of their other services and the guarantees they provide. I highly recommend Glass Dr. in Eau Claire when any glass repair is needed.
I have to say that Marty, the owner of Glass Doctor of Eau Claire, is absolutely fabulous. Within a day of my on-line inquiry he came over after work hours, explained how they could repair a tall, double-paned casement window that I had cracked by replacing the glass and keeping the frame, and he gave us an incredibly reasonable quote on the spot. In less than a week he and his crew came out, repaired the window on-site with a new glass insert, and it looks great. I highly recommend Marty and this company for honest, reliable service. He took the time to look at a fogged skylight as well and gave us a great quote to replace that glass at a later date. I could not be more pleased.
Would have never noticed this place was here, but a gentleman at Advance Auto Parts suggested GlassDoctor, which is directly behind them, for detailing for my S4. I walked in and had very friendly service and had a very reasonable estimate for an interior detailing for my car. I also remembered I had a pretty good chip in my windshield and had them repair it while I was here. They contacted my insurance for me right then and there and everything was taken care of! I needed a ride to work earlier than they normally open too, and they were very willing to accommodate to let me drop my car off early and give me a ride. Will definitely come by again when the time comes.
