Yeah I'm going to just take what I believe to be a false charge to the Local Authorities to look into I've never dealt with this company in any way and recently received a debt collection letter from a company I'm going to also have looked into the only medical records/ payments i have are through St. Joseph's Hospital and I am currently paying them on a monthly basis and all X-ray/radiology charges are also on the bill so i haven't the slightest clue as to whom this company is or who they think they are trying to con people out of their money but I'm at first chance i get reporting this letter and both the debt collection company and this one to the authorities

No warning they were sending my bill to collections, even though I was paying 100 a month towards my bill. The billing paperwork is so awful, we thought it was a scam. Who does this during a pandemic?
Service was apparently rendered in June. We never received a bill from them and knew nothing of the charges until we were contacted by a collection agency less than 90 days after the incident (heart attack). No attempt to contact us other than “said” billing was made. When I asked why they didn’t make a courtesy call, she said they do not contact their patients by phone. I asked what the exact service was and she said she couldn’t tell me that. She would have to send me an itemized bill. REALLY??? Very impersonal and unprofessional. If other choice is available I recommend you make that choice.
Just found out I had it in collections. The accident was in March and had not heard from them. Tried calling this morning and what worthy business closes at 11 am on Friday.
It's just sad the way these thugs threaten people with collections. I will refuse any and all services from them in the future.
