Friendly helpful staff. Items I wanted were in stock. Store was clean and tidy. Even had a discount that I was unaware of applied at checkout. Nice!

Left a note on the grooming appointment sheet about concerns I had for my dog, drove an hour to get there and the salon manager didn't even read it, stressed my dog out like I've never seen before, and sent me home. Definitely not happy and despite calling I know it won't be resolved.
So much fun visiting Santa.
Helpful and friendly employees. Clean place and the animals seemed well cared for at this location (albeit small cages, but that's normal). Prices arent very competitive, but they do have great deals when you watch the ads and sales.
I take my dog here to get groomed and they always do a great job.
