Riverbend Rentals has always shown the utmost professionalism and care for their tenants through every part of the renting experience. The owner, operations manager, office staff and maintenance staff are great to work with. They have always been very friendly, respectful and responsive to needs. The quality and options of units is second to none. Other property management companies around the Chippewa Valley should follow the lead of Riverbend Rentals. Simply put, Riverbend Rentals is the best in Chippewa Valley.

Very nice apartments! I lived there for 2 years and never had any issues. All the ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. I had no problem getting my full security deposit back (just be clean and leave the property in the SAME condition as it was when you moved in.) Thank you Riverbend Rentals!
