I will never go into another Tradehome store after the way I was treated today. A person that spends 220 on a pair of Boots should be happy with their purchase or be able to return them 6 days later. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience. You lost a customer that’s not afraid to spend a little more on good quality shoes.

Bit of a story, but I am so satisfied I have to share... I don’t return many items, but I wear work boots more hours a week than not. Went in search of new safety toe work boots, and stopped into Tradehome. I loved my Dr. Martins, and they were able to set me up with a size 9 like I previously had. Come to find out, they didn’t fit well(was waiting for them to break in) and had some quality issues, so I stopped back in about three weeks later, and they replaced them with a size 10 without hesitation. Two weeks went by and I wore a hole in the heal of my new pair of size 10’s. I went back one more time frustrated, and the didn’t bat an eye once again. This time they set me up with a different brand of safety boots/shoes. I was in and out within 10-15min each time, friendly, polite, and each time I didn’t have my paper receipt on me. I am now in a pair of Keen safety toe shoes and absolutely LOVE them. Hats off to Tradehome. You’ve gained a forever customer here.
The selection was very good but, the staff came off as very nosey. One example, is when I entered the store and the staff greeted me with “hello,” and “what are you looking for?” I answered back with “just browsing,” that should of Been the end of the conversation but, no. I was bombarded with questions like, “is there a certain color you want?” “Is there a certain size you want?” Then proceeded to bombard with even more questions, while I’m trying to get out the door.
My family loves this store whatever we need they have or will order. Jeff and his staff are always friendly.
Good variety! I Usually buy my shoes On line but If I want them now THIS Is the first place I go.
We've been coming here for well over 10 years! Jeff and his team are great...professional, fun, and knowledgeable. We find ourselves stopping in just to say "Hi" when we are passing by in the mall.
Return policy is not what they claim it is, condesending salesesperson thinks a little salt on the bottom means no returns "bro" pressured into shoes i didnt want, no return, go elsewhere
