Dot refused to investigate Clarence sawyer for not having insurance. Green Bay police issued sawyer a citation for not having insurance. Sawyer hit and killed my son Nicholas Serama October 28th 2020. I contacted DOT uninsured dept but they were very rude. They refused to investigate sawyer for not having insurance nor causing a fatality. They never even verified with Green Bay police that he had no insurance.
