Called and booked an emergency appointment because my front tooth was loose. Paid 80 for the appointment, can't remember the dentists name, but she didn't exactly have a great bedside manner ! Found her very rude and judgemental. Anyway, she told me yes , my tooth was loose .Told it would cost about 3300 to fix but a specialist would call me because she wasn't sure what the problem was. I'm still waiting for a \ specialist \ to call me back. This was halfway through September. Have since been to another dentist, who saw me immediately, weren't a rip off and have fixed the problem , and more, for half the price. Absolute waste of 80. Avoid this place if you value your teeth and your money

Cannot reccomend this dentist enough. After 5 weeks of toothache and covid restrictions i became desperate enough to try my luck. Im a long term patient with receeding gums so have issues. I had been reduced to living on soup but within 2 hours of a phonecall the dreaded tooth was removed! Magda did my extraction . I told her i was weary of it and she was amazing. No pain at all. Well done magda . Thank you!

Just like everyone else has said, they never answer the phone and when it says they are busy and puts me in a queue on hold it cuts off after about a minute. Should really just not bother having a phone at all if that's the kind of service you're gonna get also as it's Bupa you'd expect some kind of decency from them but yet again it's just another dentist that doesn't care about patients or anyone in need of help
