We were impressed with Darlows when Elinor came to value our house. We initially decided to use another agent but when we hit a problem with them we contacted Elinor again. Within a couple of hours she had arranged photos and within a day or two we were on the market. Dan dealt with the sale thereafter and he was as helpful, friendly and professional as Elinor. I'd highly recommend them.

We used Darlows Brynmawr to buy and sell properties in 2020 and despite the Coronavirus restrictions things couldn't have been any smoother. If there were any queries we were immediately able to get hold of someone who could advise us and usually put our minds to ease. Elinor looked after us through both sale and purchase and was always happy to help, even with problems which weren't necessarily the responsibility of the estate agent, chasing solicitors (on both sides) in an effort to push the sale through as soon as possible to get us moved in before the birth of our baby boy. We could not recommended the branch enough! In the unlikely event that we ever move again we will undoubtedly be using Darlows Brynmawr, it was so good to have someone so responsive and attentive at the end of the phone or email during such an uncertain and stressful time. Massive thanks from our new family, in our new family home!
