Replaced a battery (however he knowingly) left a plate out which was mine and handed it back to me and didn't say anything about the missing plate when a ph call came on it wouldn't work. He knew I had hurt my back and he knew the Dr was calling me when the Dr called I couldn't hear him or her. When I rang this man at the phone shop he just said \yeah I know you couldn't hear them as I left a plate missing and I hoped you phone would work\.... Who does that! Very unhappy and when I called my surgery to re book my Drs call she said herself and her Mum had bought their phones to be repaired and he had messed them up also. Avoid like the plague as he leaves parts missing and you won't know until you have to use it. Do you job properly! and stop leaving parts out....not much to ask.
