Customer service can be awful. Some staff are amazing tho! The way they manage the stock is not great. Prices can be different at the checkout compared with how it's advertised. Fruit and veg is not great and even mouldy fruit is left on display. Be careful when you buying fruit and veg.

Not much to say the store has it all good prices and excellent cafe and food.
You can find some real bargains. Could do with more personal on the tills tho..
Extremely poor cafe in store needs urgent focus waited just close 40mins for a basic small breakfast - coffee machine broken on right side so although quiet it was a small queue no napkins given some kitchen paper from a roll, just very poor overall, could be great with some good management and basic attention.
