Rented from the illigs for two years. They are fine landlords when you are paying them, but when you move out they turn to thief's. Did a walk through w. One of the owners he told me that the only problem was some hair from my animals on the molding (normal wear and tear per pa law) didn't want to argue so I said ok because he told me it would be very little to fix. When I received my deposit back it came w. A slew of other things that were not true and not pointed out to me during walk through, I still had time to fix these made up problems, but because they weren't there and they knew I had every intention of amending them they said nothing until a month later when I was long gone, again these were not true and if anything normal wear and tear. I wouldn't rent from them unless you plan on hiring a lawyer to get your deposit back that them themselves told me I would receive. All in all they stole over half of the deposit from me. The place was infinitely worse when I moved in but these guys will try to squeeze every cent from you that they can.
