Bobby was great! On time, quick responses, up front pricing, thoroughly inspected the property. He loves to talk mold, the types, the specimens, you can tell he loves his job. This is the mold inspector you want, he isn’t biased at all but rather presents the proper assessment of the situation. The report is easy to read and understand and comes with suggestions to give to a remediation if one is needed. Def suggest this guy
