Very interesting place. Lovely to see and hear such fantastic sounding organs. The people are very friendly. Nice museum downstairs. Well worth a visit.

Ive been quite a few times to hear and meet the organists who entertain every Wednesday, but one in particular was Declan Poole, with whom I complimented on his playing and Im going to see this fantastic organist again in October.
Sadly, we have lost many theatre/cinema organs over time. The heritage centre aims to keep theatre organ alive with regular performances and a fascinating museum recounting the history of the instrument. Refreshments and parking are available. The centre is run by volunteers who work really hard to make you feel welcome. The centre is in the process of being re-fitted to include a second (Compton) organ along its historic Wurlitzer, which is die to be completed in early 2018.
An interesting collection of musical heritage with working exhibits. Anybody interested in film, theatre, silent movies and musical accompaniment, should find it of value. Media studies students could learn about early media methods. Run by enthusiasts.
Interesting and unusual place to visit.
Lovely concert very friendly and enthusiastic people and also got a bacon bap and a cup of tea. Fabulous!
Not an expert but very interesting and enjoyable, would go again.
The only centre in the world dedicated to the Wurlitzer theatre organ. They now have the 6th oldest in the world and the superb Compton from the Davenport Stockport. Concerts every Wednesday, prices are great, lovely atmosphere a great place to visit.
