The service for Nissin products is terrible, to say the least. I sent in 3 products. An i40, Air 1 and Air R. They updated the firmware and returned the products to me. Nothing worked anymore. After that, I had to send the products to Rüdiger Maerz GmbH. They took 2 months (!!) to return the products. And again, they did not work properly. This is the last time I bought any Nissin product or anything that is represented by the HapaTeam. UPDATE: I am have been without a working product for 10 Months. And still I have not gotten any sort of replacement.
