Real traditional Japanese noodles restaurant. You can learn how to make them and buy they products as well. Along the noodles soups and dishes, they have special soft creams that are delicious! On holidays and weekends you have to wait half an hour to get a seat. Only place nearby they serve soba tea for the costumers.
Since I love Shinshu soba, Echizen soba was not my cup of tea until I had Echizen soba at this restaurant. I had cold echizen soba with grated Daikon radish and bonito flakes. This is the best Echizen soba I ever had. The souvenir shop is also very nice, has variety of local foods and drinks. Highly recommended!
近くに ある 蕎麦屋さんに 行ったのですが 全て 休みでした コロナのせいか 定休日なのか 帰ろうと 走っていて 看板を見つけ お昼ご飯も食べたかったので 行く事にしました 駐車場に着くと 他府県ナンバーが ほとんど 中に 入ると お土産物が いっぱい ありました 一番奥に 食べるところが あり 入る前に 注文 しばらくして 持って来てくれました コロナ対策は きちんとされており お客さんの 入れ替わりには 直ぐ 消毒されていました ソースカツ丼と越前ぞはのセット 注文しました ソースカツ丼は 少し 甘めのソースで 食べやすく 越前そばは シンプルでしたが こしもあり 美味しかったです
