I started attending group lessons, Mondays and Saturdays since June, the Body Combat and Fusion. At first, I thought it was just a simple exercise and I thought I might not take it seriously. But, because of the trainer,Mr.Yamamoto, and of course,because of his great movements, of how he teach or train us, it really was a very big help for me. There's a lot of changes in my body, I lose weight, and I feel like I always have full energy. And also because of them, our co-group class , I'm more enjoying it. That's why I'm so much thankful I found " Fit Emotion ".
