Very nice training regarding how to go about problem solving regarding interaction between customer/end user and solution provider. Lots of examples and explanations regarding things I use every day, totally without knowing it. Very nice to be able to understand that lots of things performed automatically is actually interconnected and along the correct lines of practice.
