Avoid. Customer service is terrible. I just bought a house Eco Environments did the installation of solar panels on and after being in the house a few weeks I noticed a leak in the roof that became quite severe after some heavy rainfalls. I contacted Eco Environments multiple times trying to get them to look at removing the panels to allow roofing work to be done. Over a two week period I was given the round around with promises to come round and quote for the work, call back etc but no one ever came round or called back. To be clear I wasn't looking for free work or trying to exercise the guarantee I was willing to pay. Considering the cost of installing the panels was 18 000 I'd expect the customer service to be a hundred times better than what I experienced. After a quick google I found a solar installation company that were instantly better and helpful. Considering how much this stuff costs and the potential problems you can have after care service is key. My experience with Eco Environments was abysmal and I would advise anyone looking at using them to think twice.
