Im not one for writing reviews but I feel honest need. If I could give zero stars I would. We went to eco furniture and spend quiet a bit of money and was still going to go back and get a lot more. The man that assisted us was the manager and couldn’t do enough for us. we bought a bed which included insulation . The bad experience started on delivery day they said they’d be there in half hour I wasn’t at home and he told me he’d leave it at the door and I could install it my self it was easy which I refused, so they can back 3 days later which was better for me, when it came to putting the bed together there was no manual the men didn’t know how to do it they were trying for two hours when they realise the hinges where upside down, then there was a part missing and they told us they would put it in an Uber for us to sort it out which we refused. They Sorted it out in the end but we’re very rude like it was my fault. There was also a picture we ordered and it never came with the order so I had to make 8 calls to be told it’s coming in September so I cancelled it and got charged 5%. Once they got our money there was no customer service.

Extremely poor quality furniture that are very overpriced. You will be sold saying they are high quality and well made however from experience they will break within 2-3 months and the company takes no responsibility for this regardless of manufacturers fault and paying high prices.
