Repairing someone else's irrigation work has to generate its own challenges. Worked with John and field technician Jeff to repair a leak in the irrigation system. They corrected the issue and solved a potential issue(wiring) down the road. The team was very responsive, arrived on time and thanked me for the opportunity. Will definitely use again.

I highly recommend Eco Irrigation. They are professional and knowledgeable. They kept me inform when they would be to my home to do the work. Eco even called me to warm me about a frost coming so I could cover my backflow before they could get to my home. Where do you get service like that. Don't hesitate to call. They are wonderful.

Eco Irrigation has upgraded our lawn and garden several times in recent years. They’ve been superior on all relevant dimensions. Most important, John and his team have come up with creative and effective solutions so that we could have numerous irrigation extensions in the face of limited water pressure from our well and the original pumps that drive water through our irrigation system. In addition, they’ve worked hard and efficiently to complete the extensions in a timely manner. Finally, they’ve charged reasonable prices and have kept to original cost estimates. I’ve greatly enjoyed working with John and his team and I will definitely call him in the future to maintain and possibly extend further our irrigation system.

I would not recommend this highly unprofessional company. They provided me spring service to restart my sprinklers on 10-May. They setup the system to a start time of 4am, the sprinklers never came on. I’ve lived in my house for a two years and never had a problem before. I only realized that the sprinklers were not coming on after my grass started looking brown about two weeks later.I immediately called them on 24-May. Left several voicemails till I got frustrated and left a stern voicemail and received a call back 4 days after my first call. On the call, they started telling me how to fix the machine. I asked that a technician be sent immediately and they said they had no availability for a few days. They charged me a little under 200 dollars for this spring service which damaged my working irrigation system. I had another company come out and they immediately identified the problem. They had incorrectly fixed some wires for the rain sensors. I called them back and heard excuses. Please stay away from this unprofessional company. I will call the irrigation board to complain this week. Update 6-June-2019: i received a call from the owner today, 4 business days after my call to ask if I should clear the invoice that was sent for the shabby work telling me he will challenge this review. I cannot caution home owners enough about this company and their unprofessionalism. If you are a first time home owner like me, this type of service is very distressing, the conversation was around challenging my customer review and acknowledging they may have made a mistake but in the most arrogant tone. Needless to say I was infuriated and will no longer be accepting rude and bothersome return calls from this company. The owner also said to me “You are removed from reality” when I said “do you recognize the inconvenience you have caused me? “

I only use them occasionally, in case repairs are needed. They did replace the controller for us last December after a power surge damaged some things in the house. I'm satisfied. They aren't cheap but do you really want to go with the lowest cost vendor?
