I would give it less than one star if I could. My unit is only 3 years old and I already have problem with it. Electronic circuit board is faulty and company wont do anything about it. No service, no help!!! Stay far away from this company.

I would not recommend getting an air source heat pump from this company. We have had ours for approx. 4 years and every Winter it seems to break down. Our complaint is mostly in the lack of installers/repair service when something goes wrong (which it inevitably does on a yearly basis). We will be having our air source heat pump removed in the next couple of weeks and replaced with a propane furnace. We have had enough.

I tried to source a Canadian supplier for an air source heat pump for my projects. I contacted this company on numerous occasions over a period of two months. They promised to call me back each time, and never did. Simply, I would not rely on this company for their terrible customer service. In any case, after my fourth or fifth attempt and a delay to my procurement process, I've given up, and I'll be sourcing my products from another supplier. I would not have any confidence in this company.
