Great carpet shop. He came and measured my stairs just to make sure my measurements right. And the lads that came to fit it were great put bits of carpet in one pile and was not messy. They fitted carpet really well

Had been to this shop many years ago and re-visited again a few weeks back Fitters arrived no fuss and did a great job Carpets fitted perfect and cut neatly around door frames etc with no loose strands Prior to having carpet fitted it was excellent customer service in shop with no pressure to go for the most expensive Home visit to measure up and to bring samples of the colour I wanted Thank You

Carpet fitted exceptionally badly to the point where seams were coming up around the edges and doorways after just 18 months. this then resulted in it ripping. When their staff was questioned on it they said the carpet had come up because of HOOVERING. as far as I'm aware all carpets are supposed to be hoovered? I wasn't told that this was a special carpet that could not be vacuum cleaned. I have other carpets in my flat that have not come up after 10 years of the same treatment
