My personal experience with this company was not very good. I was promised a 3 month contract to hire position. After 18 months of hard work AND no perm position as promised, No pay increases, No 401K retirement plan, and after 4 months of driving from Dallas to Houston each week paying for my own gas hotel food & other expenses I was abruptly let go with NO explanation. I went home on Friday and received a phone call telling me not to go back not even to retrieve my personal property. No explanation. Instead they demand I hurry up and sign documents discontinuing my employment and healthcare benefits. How pathetic is that? All the hard work and dedication you put into your job and this is how you're treated. Don't trust your career and future to a company that has such little regard for their employees. I moved my entire family from Dallas to Houston and 2 weeks before Christmas I have NO JOB and NO EXPLANATION! Thank you for the loyalty.
