[UPDATED] I received a sales telephone call today from Ecotch. I know employees in business have a job to do, but being pushy and trying to talk over me when I was trying to politely say NO doesn't help. I offered an alternative to speak with the right person and all I got was a "have a nice day", followed by being hung up on... Sales is a tough gig, I get it but being pushy and using slick techniques just infuriates people.. You may offer a good service but I will never know! [Aug 12, 2019] I received a call from a member of the Echotech Energy team today who was very apologetic for the call I had received. While I can't vouch for the business, I appreciate the telephone call and lessons learned. I have updated my review accordingly to a neutral rating in anticipation that they have learned and are improving their business practices.
