Had a service call today for a clogged water filtration system. First of all, the water and air purification systems we have are excellent. Very good experience in the nearly two years we've had the systems. The original installation was challenging because of my home and age but the techs handled it well. I have a pool and didn't want this filtration system sending that water to the spigot out back so we needed a by-pass, thanks to your tech for pointing that out! As for today's visit, I was pretty sure I had a clog in the salt barrel but didn't want to mess w it. Kameron came out and got us fixed up quickly. He took time to show me what he did, how I can avoid this issue in the future, and how to fix it myself should it occur again. Pretty simple stuff WHEN YOU KNOW! Now I know. He was super courteous and friendly, knew his job well and gave me a more in depth tutorial on my system. Frankly, a superior experience not in as much that he fixed my problem but that his level of service and attention to the customer was superior, top shelf. Thank you for a great experience!

Nick Hogan was the tech who came out and installed our new ecowater system. He was very friendly, hardworking, and professional. He completed his task in a very timely manner even when the access to the piping was in a funky spot. He was very informative post installation on everything that needed maintenance or operational directions. I highly recommend him as a service tech!

Spencer was amazing. He knew that we were not really comfortable making another financial decision. He knew that we really the the system but found a way to get something for now. Will definitely consider adding things later. If you are looking to add this to your place ask for Spencer.

The ecoWater system that was installed on Feb 2020 after we purchased our house was installed incorrectly and caused water damage to our home under our sink and floor which we found out around Thanksgiving. It took ecoWater until the middle of December to fix the issue which they did complete and installed a leakage guard which was the item missing from the initial install. This rating goes to ZACH CARTER for fixing the issue, fixing our sink when he isn’t coming experienced in carpentry and reinstalling our system properly. THANK YOU ZACH

Brad was great at showing the water testing process and how gross our water really is. Had us set up and fully informed. Zach installed our system the following day rather quickly, was very informative. We did have a bit of an issue with a leak on a Sunday, but it was fixed quickly on Monday and didn't cause any damage. I kept my 5 stars cause I'm that satisfied so far with the entire process.

Water softener and reverse osmosis filter system is great, Stephanie checked up with us a week afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with their system. Installation was quick and very prompt, already feel better from the soft, filtered water.

We've had our system for just over a month now and we love it! As an engineer, I love the quality and technology of this system. The efficiency of this system is amazing! You will save a lot of money on salt over the life of this system, which has an amazing warranty. Hank was on time, was very professional, and very personable. He did a great job showing us the whole-house system. We purchased the reverse-osmosis system for drinking water and we love it!
