I honestly don’t know how this builder has great reviews. Sides of windowsills unpainted, uneven walls, baseboards slapped together, random cuts here and there, kitchen drawers that don’t stay closed, etc. Just shoddy craftsmanship all around.

Two years ago we had to replace our HVAC system.. Turns out that the sub-contractor for this builder used a left over A/c unit that did not use the latest freon..So when we wanted to repair the old one is how we found out. Now, we are happy to with the service of the new, but realized that we can't recommend this builder.
