Not a real good experience for me. I guess my expectations are too high because I have had really good experiences from the last 6 Honda purchases. For starters, the Honda was Internet priced @ 24,792 in which I was good with. Thank goodness I ask for an invoice because I was ready to pay a deposit. The invoice turned out to be 27,864. Far different than 24,792. Again, I was ready to do the deal until they got creative. I can say I will never deal with this dealer.

During our conversation he always made good eye contact, if he was unsure of something he advised he would ask someone and get back. Easy to schedule. My vehicle was taken in for service immediately upon my arrival. It has been my choice to wait. Waiting area is large, allowing for social distancing. It is very clean. Bathroom is very clean. Wait time for completion of service is reasonable. Staff is friendly, helpful, professional.
