Planning a Farewell Service for a loved Family member is never an easy process, particularly in this year with all the Covid related restrictions. Despite these challenges, Shannon and Teresa were simply outstanding in all their help and support to our family as we coordinated our Farewell to our special Mother. Their care, support, and attention to detail was incredibly professional, encouraging and heartfelt, which was comforting to all of us!

Our family would like to thank the entire staff at Eden Brook for the support and kindness they have shown with the loss of our Dad. Shannon, Heather and team supported us with every detail of our decision making and planning. As this occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic it made their work even more challenging. Shannon worked with us to provide the guidance we needed to plan a touching, safe, and honorific service for our Dad. They were so responsive to every question we had from the beginning. I recently laid my father to rest, and I must say that the staff led by our funeral director Shannon provided us with a level of customer service that was nothing short of excellent! Since this took place during the Covid-19 pandemic, she suggested we video record the service. On the day of the service, she made arrangements to move the service inside due to inclement weather. Eden Brook was in constant communication with me, especially important since I was flying in from out of town, and provided me with an extensive information portfolio to assist me with everything that needs to get down after the fact. Shannon and her staff made me feel like I was their most important client. Thanks Eden Brook!
Eden Brook Funeral Home are such a welcoming group for us. I belong to the Spring Bank Ladies Time Out Group and we meet here every Monday morning from mid September to early December and then mid January to early May. The facilities are wonderful and we use most of the rooms for our classes. This is such a great place to meet ladies that live in your area. I would like to thank Eden Brook for allowing us to use their facilities. It has been such a great experience and I love how they are giving back to the community.
Problem was resolved through communication. Everyone was having a hard time that day. Issues was talked out and resolved in a professional manner
