I've always had great service here at this Eden Prairie location for over 20 years as a business and personal customer.

Banker Aaron Hoppe had nothing but an attitude about me cashing in a CD. Made one trip earlier in the day and was told i needed more proof of being a beneficiary. 3 other family members went to 2 different locations and none had any problems. The original bank had to call Aaron to tell him to assist me. I now have to make a 3rd trip. Dont even get me started on the first banker i encountered. I highly recommend the St Paul branch though.

Had a very unpleasant interaction with a teller here named Katerina. Her demeanor was very rude and unprossional throughout my visit. I stopped into this branch to make a withdrawal from my checking account, as I had just recieved my direct deposit. After Katerina went to get the funds, she spent roughly 20 minutes analyzing my transaction history and came back to tell me that they were refusing to give me any funds from my account until they had been "hard-posted", even though they were listed as "Available Funds". Understandably confused (as this has never been an issue in the 2 years I've had my account), I asked why this was and she told me that I had recieved too many fees, and they would not allow me to withdrawal any of my available funds... I had also made a withdrawal at St. Louis Park branch earlier the same day with no issue, further adding to my confusion. She was immediately combative and told me they had made a mistake/misjudgment and should not have given me any funds at the other branch either. In conclusion, I highly recommend staying away from this branch, and possibly Bremer Bank in general
