I have an older 2004 Land Cruiser that needed a 90k service and a couple items to bring it up to mechanical readiness to go another 100k. John walked me through repairs, quotes, etc. and was professional throughout the process. His tech Robert tested the vehicle and was prompt and the vehicle was returned to me in fantastic shape. No mess inside, all work seems to be well done and was delivered below initial quote. I would strongly recommend his work and suggest you visit if you are a Yota/Lexus/Scion owner! Thanks, John.
CARspec has been my go-to now for a few years, I'm so thankful that I was referred to John and his team! They've been professional, honest, and done nothing but good work on my car--a Matrix that's now going on 15 years old and still runs like new. John and his team have gone the extra mile, anything from new snow tires (with storage included) to a stop-by for a headlight replacement to getting us in quickly to fish a dead mouse out from a little home it had made under the hood just before a long holiday weekend. Had my beloved Toyota Tundra worked on by the CARspec team. Everything turned out great and was efficient and done when promised. I am very happy I went here. They also do very well with the Covid situation at hand. They also use OEM parts from Toyota. These are the parts that will last and not fail like the possibility of auto parts store parts. I will definitely be returning!
