Great store! Our dogs love all the products we bring home for them. They are very friendly at this location and know a lot about the products they offer, and in some cases even about products they don't offer but would meet our needs for our pets. I'm very impressed by the two girls who work there- I cannot remember their names but they are there every time.I stop in. They are so sweet and answer all my questions about some of my concerns with a couple health issues with our lab. They go out of their way to make sure everyone feels welcome and appreciated. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get their pets some high quality food, toys or health products.

Awesome service!!! We recently got a new dog and I’ve been to this location twice. everybody is super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about their products! I can tell they really love animals. A man named Daniel N helped us and gave us a ton of great info. Thanks!! We will be a forever customer now!!

We are so lucky that Chuck & Don's opened at store in Eden Prairie, and very happy with how this store is managed. The manager and everyone who works at this location is really pet friendly and have a lot of experience. My dog Jojo loves going there for toys and treats. They have the best selection of dog treats and at a very reasonable price. Now, more than ever before we all need to shop local. Amazon and Chewy and other e-commerce sites might offer less price but it lacks the interaction, and supporting our communities. Thank you to the Manager and the staff at Chuck & Don's!

I wish I could give this location more stars! I stopped into this store quick last week as I was in the area and my dog was running out of food. I had never been here before and usually go to other pet stores or shop online.. I will be changing that after my amazing experience! There were two girls working and both were very nice. I had some questions and concerns about switching my dogs food and the one girl, I believe her name was Jenna, helped answer all my questions I had and also recommended a few products I didn’t know existed. I tried them out after hearing her talk about them and not only does my dog love it but it helped clear up his stomach problems he was having! I was so blown away by the customer service at this store that I am willing to drive a few extra miles out of my way to come back. Thank you to this store for caring so much about the customers and their pets and really taking time to educate. This is a unique experience you just don’t get from the competitor big box pet stores. I can’t wait to come back!
