Amazing customer service! The whole experience was professional and utterly delightful. Dr Jamison is highly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in ones care. Picking out glasses has been a chore for me over the past decades, but the one on one stylist’s expertise and personality made it a wonderful adventure. I received excellent attention with the fitting too. I am very pleased with my new look. Thanks to an awesome gal team!

We enjoy going to Jamison Optical, they are so welcoming and warm. They take the time to get to know you and are extremely helpful when it comes to picking just the right frames. They are honest in their opinions on the frames, they recommend based on how it fits on your face properly and not the price. Financially everything is up front and they don't push you to purchase right away if you are not in a position to. Dr. Jamison is wonderful, funny and positive. She's really good at seeing the upside of things when you may not be feeling in love with the idea of your eyesight changing. She is very thorough and explains everything in very good and understandable detail. She's proactive and gets to know you so that she can recommend the style of lenses you need for your lifestyle. Stop on in, you won't regret it!

I love how personable everyone is! They always have the most trendy frames and Dr. Jamison truly cares not only about eye care but the experience. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
