Currently we are on our fourth set of school photos that still have the same error as the original photos that were sent home with the kiddo. I don't understand, how can a simple one layer deep photoshop job can be so forking hard to fix. I can do it my self, have done it myself.... FYI it took me about me about four minutes. Thirty seconds to generate the layer, and the other three and a half minutes playing around with what font I wanted. Not the point. Can your techs not read? Or can they not count? Mr. Meek, How in any form of this is acceptable?

Zero stars if possible. I would seriously consider encouraging people to petition school boards to dump this company....I will certain start the petition drive for this. Our school photos for our child just came back, and it's obvious that the software they use or editors they use are not optimal. The 'selected' background for our child's photo was blended into her head.and there appear to be manual 'erasing' or over coloring is applied to our child's head..you can see it in the lower right of the photo we provided. In the old days, the back drop during photo shoots were altered....here it's digitally introduced to the photo....why not just have the photographers use different backdrops and then let the real photo taken be printed? To make matters worse, we had to wait 30 minutes to discuss reordering photos before giving up and asking for a call back. Then when finally called, we struggled to communicate with the customer service rep....... To make matters worse, these photos were likely to be used for christmas gifts to family.....now that is potentially at risk....

I waited on hold and talked to 3 different people for 1 hour and 28 mins before being told there was no supervisor available and that y'all did not know where my order was. I was then told it would be 2-3 days and a supervisor would call me back which did not happen. I want my pictures or my money back I ordered them several months ago. Would avoid all business with this company. You deserve 0 stars.

I am beyond disappointed in this company. I ordered my daughters pictures in October 2020, once I received her photos I was told that I would be receiving a link to access her digital images. Once I received that link I made an attempt to access her photos on Shutterfly, the link is telling me that there are no digital images link to my account. I have called three separate times in attempt to resolve this issue. Each time I have sat on hold for over 30 minutes before I even spoke with a representative and each time I've been told a different story about why my pictures are not available. The first time I was told that my email was entered in wrong which isn't accurate since I did receive an email, next I was told that I would get an email within 24-48 hours containing my digital images so I could download them and print them through Shutterfly, I did not receive that email. So I called a third time and was told that it is impossible to send digital images via email and that I need to \wait a few more days\ until my request has been processed and if I'm still having issues to call back again. This process has been a waste of my time and resources, if I would have known that I would not be able to access my digital images I would never have ordered from this company. I understand that this is just a job for some but for the parents/guardians that use these services these are our memories and we are being robbed of them. I will never use this company again!

Truly awful customer service, I don't know how you've managed to keep a lock on school pictures across the country for so long! Picture day was ridiculous, the photographer was short tempered. Then a follow up email that pictures are available for viewing & it's not, I'm unable to confirm the order that I placed for his pictures a month ago. Your customer service line had a 77 minute wait time & directs you back to your webpage's Live Chat - in which no agents are available & it just keeps closing the window. You'd think it would be easy to hire people to do stay at home customer service during a pandemic, but nope - you've got nothing.
