Best experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop! They were honest about what repairs I actually needed and did not try and upsell me on any unnecessary work. They were completely transparent on all the work that they were doing and performed a detailed inspection of my entire car. I will always be bringing my car back to this Midas location!

I needed my flat tire fixed ASAP and they worked me in to their current schedule. The puncture in my tire was patched and my car ready to go in time for me to get back to my own work. Staff were awesome! Great communication, polite and nice, and upfront with information. Super reliable!
Last summer (2020) I accidentally broke my valve stem while adding air to my tires and had to put the spare on my truck. I was about to head out of town with the family and boat and needed this fixed quickly. Other shops were booked (very busy time of the year and was a Friday afternoon) but Dylan squeezed me in and got me back on the road. I was so happy with the work that I purchased a new set of tires for the truck a week later. I’ll need brakes in a couple years and I’ll certainly be going back. Great job by the management and staff taking care of the customer and as a bi-product, securing future work from me and others I tell about my experience.
For the past five years, I have taken all three of our family's vehicles to this particular Midas location. Dylan and Jason are very helpful and trustworthy people. They do not try to up-sell and will clearly explain everything to you. It's easy to make an appointment and they have always been on time. Their waiting area is comfortable, lots of magazines and a TV, free coffee and water. Their seawater aquarium is cool too, my daughter loved looking at it. EP Midas has the most affordable prices in the area. Even though we no longer live in the Eden Prairie are, we will continue to drive the 30 minutes to this location for oil changes and auto service. What's great about this location is it's very centrally located in Eden Prairie. If you have a longer wait, the EP Center is a short walk away and so are many restaurants. 5/5, love this place.
