My company ordered lot of products from MSC. They have products that every one need in CNC machining world. I went there to find out if you can pick up an order. I spoke to one of the staff there. They gave me good informations that they only ship purchased transaction invoice to customers.

Honestly the best company I’ve ever worked for.
Had a salesperson trying to recruit some of our business. Gave it a shot, but very first order was incorrect due to inaccurate/incomplete web descriptions. Customer service failed to follow up as they said they would. Sub-par customer service.
