They have always taken a surprising amount of time on the phone with me whenever I had a question or more recently when I had a car accident. I’ve been very impressed with their efforts on my behalf and I wouldn’t look anywhere else for all my insurance needs. In this new age of endless automated voice prompt menus that leave one frustrated in order to speak with a real person, P&H is a refreshing change due to the care they have demonstrated with me.
