Where to begin! We were seated after a small wait and had drinks and fresh bread really soon. The endless pull apart honey wheat bread is reason enough to go back and that comes free with just sitting down! I got the chicken and stake combo with mac n cheese. All excellent. Go for sure!

Best pizza anywhere and great service! I made an error with my online order that I discovered when I got the pizza home. I called the store and they made another pizza at no charge and were very friendly and gracious in the process. I highly recommend their option for Create-Your-Own (CYO) and ordering online gets a 25% discount for orders over 20, and other coupons are always available.

Horrible service lately. Whether you call ahead or order online, the order is never ready when you get there. Even if you give them 15 extra minutes. Once we had to wait because they ran out of cheese. HOW DO THEY RUN OUT OF CHEESE? Anyway, we'll be driving an extra 8 minutes to the Bloomington or Savage locations.

Ordered online. They apparently no longer have one of the items since it was seasonal, yet the website let me add it to my order and charged me for it. This store wasn’t able to refund my money, however since they have nothing to do with the online transactions. I have to go through the extra work of reaching out to the websites and requesting a refund. In the 5 minutes it took for them to figure why my order wasn’t complete, three other prop came in. One guy was able to grab his pizzas and go and the other two had missing items from their order. It’s another case of apparently someone grabbing the items or taking more than they ordered. Best to avoid Papa Murphy’s if you want a smooth digital transaction or good customer service to make things right when there’s a goof up!

Completely disappointed they raised the overpriced lobster Mac and cheese from 25 to 30 while lowering the portion.

Friday night, ordered pizza, paid on line. Got to store, no pizza in paid rack and pizza not being made. They told me someone took it. They asked me to go home and get order print out, so 4 miles home and 4 miles back, and they were Mai in my pizza from a print out. If they could print that in store, why send me back home? I left my print out with a girl and asked that the owner or manager call me Monday. Here we are Thursday, no call.
