I tried pumping gas at the pump and although my authorization went through the pump shut down and seemed frozen. Then I asked for assistance and the lady inside told me that I should hang up the pump and just pay inside. I agreed so then she authorize the pump. I picked up the handle to try it again the pump shut down. She then proceeded to talk to me like I was an absolute moron with total disrespect. I went inside the store and explained I have been pumping gas for almost 17 years and never had a problem. She then proceeded to tell me that she has been pumping gas for 32 years and I was doing it wrong. She was extremely rude! The worst part about this whole experience is that she was the store manager. I have never been to a gas station in my life where I was treated so poorly. Being a business owner myself, I always make sure that my employees treat our customers with respect and greet them with a smile. I will never go back to this station again and I will be filing a complaint with corporate. The worst part about this whole ordeal was that after I had left I remembered my girlfriend telling me a similar story about her experience to the one that I just had. It was at the same gas station! Both of us had terrible experiences due to poor customer service. You should never make your customers feel like they are in adequate.

Obnoxiously loud ads at the pump.
The people in the morning crew were all very pleasant especially the older woman and older gentleman working like an 18 year old with full energy both Smiles on their face both happy to be there and both happy to help I went there at 8:30 a.m. on the 12th of June 2018 if anyone cares to know who the two amazing employees were great place recommended to everybody night crew was okay okay
The staff is incredibly friendly and often times greet me by my name. Impressive considering they are so insanely busy all day.
Convenient and fast. Clean store, clean restroom, a choice of fresh fruit and sandwiches. Friendly service. Everything I wanted was there.
I stop later at night at this location and an employee named Darrin is always very helpful and a delight to sees when I come by after work!
Walked in during my lunch break. Soda fountain on the fritz, so that was already a buzz kill... so i grabbed the smallest cup filled it half full of ice, and grab some hot bar food. Having Dan see me head to toe swet combined with the heat, and I couldn't use the fountain soda i wanted... he charges me for my bakers dozen of ice cubes. There is doing your job.. and being a tool...Dan you are a tool. Won't be back to this location....not to mention how lame is a bathroom without paper towels...so unsanitary!
Avoid. Carwash card machine outside by carwash doesn’t work. You have to pay inside. Every time I go to this store there’s a problem. The service is terrible. Restroom is gross. And where there are situations where they could do right by hw Customer there is company gIn I’ve customer satisfaction.
