Brought in a pair of sunglasses (purchased elsewhere) and was looking to get them adjusted so they fit better. I wish I would have asked for the person’s name who assisted me because they were so nice and helpful. My sunglasses don’t slide off my face now and it didn’t cost a dime! Excellent customer service, very personable and just a great experience.

Shortly after Latisse became more widely available at eye clinics I stopped to ask at this location if I could get some here. The gentleman working in Optical had his mouthful, chewing sandwich I believe (not sanitary or professional). He said he had never even heard of it. Second time I stopped in I was looking for an eyeglass repair kit and was told Walgreens across the road might have them but Target Optical did not. Will not be wasting my time here any further.
Have had a great experience here! Went in looking to get new glasses on Saturday. I was immediately greeted and asked what sort of style I was looking for, they picked out several options for me to try on, and were very helpful and attentive through the whole process, not to mention incredibly friendly. I was estimated a couple of weeks for my glasses (pretty typical estimate), but they were ready in just a few days! I definitely see myself going back to this location for any optical needs for as long as I live in the area.
Steve is the man. I showed up a little after shift ending and he took the time to help me. This is the lost service normally not experienced at big box stores! Definitely makes it worth going again.
The staff is great! Super friendly. I felt really comfortable with the doctor. She knows what she's doing. I got great glasses and sunglasses that they recommended. I get compliments quite often. It's definitely the place to go for your eye care.
I had an appointment and the location was closed when I arrived. I didn’t know the optical was separate from the actual target store, though I found that out when I tried I inquired with customer service and they didn’t have any idea. I received not a phone call or email stating that my appointment was cancelled. Very disappointed as I live 30 minutes away.
Wow, Dr. Keltgen gave me the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Was a bit surprised that I had to pay for a contact lens fit, but once the optical crew explained it was a different portion of the exam that my insurance didn't cover, no big deal! SO much fun picking out glasses (who knew they had Coach frames?!), I can't wait until they come in!! I would highly recommend both the doctor and her optical team!
