I got an oil change on my lunch break and the tech said I had a slow leak on my drivers side front tire. I drove to Tires Plus and told the team I was in a rush to get back to work. Allan took y information as Garfield changed and balanced my tire in 19 minutes. I watched Garfield as he double checked the size of the tire, cleaned the inside rim and double checked the balancing. THIS is customer service and professionalism.

I was getting bad service from a neighboring auto shop. Tires plus staff helped me troubleshoot what was going on, gave me a printout and I was able to take that back to other mechanic and prove to him he was lying. He had to fix his work. Tires plus staff treated me with same good service I hope my mom would get. Will definitely go back to tires plus again.
This Tires Plus location is great! I told them what needed to be done, they confirmed, told me exactly how much it would cost, and I was out of there within an hour. The guys that work here are great! I was late to my appointment time and it was the last appointment on a Saturday, and they still took my car and stayed late to get it done. I highly recommend this location! They also have really awesome coffee!
Great local shop. I've been going here for about 7 years now and have never had any problems, only good experiences with friendly and honest techs. They have very competitive prices and are quite flexible on appointments/walk-ins. Overall, I recommend them for your basic car maintenance needs.
Super happy with my experience here. I'm about as picky as they come when it comes to my vehicle and the guys here were great. Super respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thanks for the service -- I will be back!
Having read other reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect; seems like others loved or hated these folks. They were able to look at my car the next day, which was great. I left my car; when I called later to get the quote for the work I needed (struts and alignment) I was stunned by the price. (Based on online prices for the struts it seemed way out of line.) However, the guy who had answered the phone - when asked why it was so high - had Doug talk to me (apparently he just didn't know more than what was written for the cost). Doug explained the price and what needed to be done (wasn't just struts, it was the complete assembly) and answered my questions. He even discounted the price a bit. Could not have been happier - with the service, the price, the staff, and how what a great job Doug did (he's the one who did the work). It seems to be very common for single women who know little to nothing about cars to be taken advantage of; that was not the case here. Will definitely be using them again!
Service techs were friendly and identified an issue with my alignment that another Tires Plus couldn't remediate. These guys found the problem, fixed it, and now my car no longer pulls. We'll see how my car performs over a longer drive, but as of right now I am happy!
I am extremely impressed with this Tires Plus location. Staff matched a coupon and gave me an excellent deal for new tires. Service was quick and friendly. I will definitely be back!
