I ordered online and chose to pay when I picked up the coffee/specialty drink. I walked in and it wasn't on the mobile pick up stand so I waited. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. When I finally got to ask someone they said it's right here at the register, that's the way we do it. Nobody said my name, that my drink was ready, called the number or anything. They should at least put up a sign saying where it will be and to go ahead and pay for everything first. Very unprofessional in my opinion. They wasted 20 minutes of my time because they are not proficient at what they do. Good drink and food but it's like a bunch of squirrels trying to run across the road.

My coffee was FREE! today! Thank you Sheetz! I've always loved sheetz coffee but now they have these new coffee machines that grinds the beans and brews your own personal cup of coffee....with a frothy foam on top. It is soooo good! I now have to stop for a cup whenever I'm nearby.
Everyone here is always nice. My tea was FREE the other day.
Stopped in for a sandwich and as usual, Sheetz didn't disappoint. There sandwich was made fresh with good ingredients and they were generous with the meat and cheese. Bathrooms were clean. Coffee was good. For a gas station, the food is hard to beat. Sheetz had become a popular stop for me while traveling. Nice job Sheetz!
