Ordered well in advance and booked a delivery slot. They called on the day of delivery to say they didn't have the items in stock and I would have to wait another week, which has massively delayed my project. Not very apologetic, and I had to chase them to find out what was happening. I've used the Bromley branch a few times and not had any issues.

I visited Champion yesterday, I've always felt a bit daunted at the thought of going to one of these male dominated places. I was so pleasantly surprised how very helpful and friendly the staff were there. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

I visited this branch in Edenbridge today, under the recommendation of my gardener, and left feeling impressed. A helpful and well trained younger man, who is a credit to the business, helped me look for a simple coach bolt that I needed. Although it was a low value item, he took the time to ensure the bolt was suitable. Good customer service in my opinion. The price was pleasantly reasonable too.

Great part of town to rest by the fields. Also decent selection of bins and signposts too. So you can put your crisp packets in bins. Oh and the timbers great quality too.
