Very unhelpful reception team. I wanted to register my newborn with the surgery. Been given a registration form and asked to come back with it. I went to drop off the registration form, but the surgery was closed. No information on the website about change to opening times. Went again, and been told registration can not be completed as I did not bring birth certificate with me. I was never informed that i would have to bring that with me.That's me making three visits to the surgery now, and baby is still not registered. Zero compassion or understanding. Its not easy to go out and about 10 days after c section when you can not drive and need to rely on others. Baby needs an appointment too, and they are making it super difficult. Reception team should get trained, or retained in customer care.
