Extra funds withdrawn from my account. The crime of staff withdrawing more than requested but you receive the requested funds on Cash Back with Capitec, makes me wonder how many people have not noticed? Extremely upset!

I bought baby formula at Germiston and when I got home the wife realized i just bought a wrong one(formula 2 instead of formula 1)then on our way to clicks eden meadow for baby check ups i thought i could swap it since it's the same organization but daaa the incompetence from the so called manager on duty was out of this world to deal with the swap,she had no clue about sorting out that kind of issue instead she ask me what must happen, she told me to go back where I bought it. i mean they call u a manager but u can't act like one,it's a shame man.i ended up in primrose for exchange nd was fantastic there with no hussle.

The only reason I'm giving this Pick n Pay 4 stars is because of Johanna. I collected my online shopping there and spent 3 hours waiting because, once again, the online order system is a disaster!!! Honestly, I've never been more disappointed. It's not as if Pick n Pay are a new store but the amount their online store screws up is terrible. I'd be embarrassed if it was my system. Johanna spent the entire time trying to assist us and get us out the store and on our way. In the end, the error wasn't rectified but we needed to leave. Johanna needs to be recognised here for her willingness to go above and beyond.

The security is useless ( as hooligans stole my luggage from the parcel counter near the security point! ) Reported the matter, the so called Supervisor and the security saw it on camera but no further actions had been taken. They mentioned, it is not the first time, so I thought to myself that this folks know that customers lose their stuff and they aren't doing anything 'bout it! THEY DO NOT CARE for their customers!
