I repeated my order twice to the woman behind the counter because it felt like she wasn't paying attention to what I was saying. Even after doing so, they still got the order wrong. After pointing it out to the woman behind the counter she said she repeated my order to me, essentially saying it was my fault, but she hadn't. I used to be fond of Sandwich Baron, but it's safe to say I won't be coming here again.

Was told delivery cost is R50 minimum, so I ordered, only for a staff member to call and say that it's R80 all of a sudden (just because my last order went above R100 the last time and all the other times I had been ordering for R60) and they were happy to cancel my order for R55 yet I order from them all the time. So they would rather lose out on an order completely? wow.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Lady by the name of Rose hung up on me while I was complaining about the late delivery. Not to mention the squashed and oily french that I had ordered. The manager calls and does not have the decency to ask to speak to me but has a long fat chat about MY complaint with another colleague of mine. My order would have not made a dent in your pocket but I and the company I work for, sure as hell WILL NOT be ordering from you guys AGAIN. Service at Sandwich Baron Long Meadow has deteriorated drastically. SIES! A week later, an indian man driving the Sandwich Baron vehicle came to my work place to insult. He proceeded on to say if I did not have money, I shouldn't be placing orders. I took offence to that because I am the customer and I wasn't happy with the service, all this old fart was worried about was how much food was wasted. The attitude starts from the bottom, all the way to the top. DISGUSTING!
