We feel incredibly lucky to have found Fred Roven & Martha's Vineyard Buyer's agents. My husband & I have family on the island, and decided it was the perfect place for a summer home. We live in Los Angeles, so Fred worked with our aunt on the island to prescreen some houses. We found a week in February that seemed to have decent weather, and flew out. Fred showed us about 20 homes in 5 days, and helped us negotiate for the one we loved. He met us at the airport, just before out flight home, to sign the final paperwork! It's an incredible home & we have been enjoying it for several summers, with many more to come!
