Karla & Karen are 2 of the most hard working people I know. They work their tails off everyday to all islanders year round and the influx of the summer crowd each season. Trying to manage everyone’s packing needs, shipping needs, Copious amounts of personal mailboxes, copying, printing, blue prints for all island architects and construction companies, emails, is no easy task. Our little island would be lost without the Mailroom! Thanks for everything you do Karla & Karen!

On my trip to Martha’s, I was in a need of some print outs. Mailroom charged me 8 for 10pages Of 1 sided printouts . When asked to breakout the price: 30cents/page 5 service fees. Never ever have I had to pay a service fees for a small printing job. A major rip off !!! I would have rather paid a chain company than supporting a local business. Disappointed!!

This place is super sketchy. I came to them to mail an important document via Fedex. The woman came to the window, put my document in a completely blank, unmarked envelope, sealed it, and took it into the store where I couldn’t see it. She then came back to the window *without the envelope* and started discussing charges. I asked her to show me literally anything that said Fedex on it and she said only overnight envelopes get a Fedex label and since mine was ground this was the envelope it comes in. I then asked her to bring me back my document in the blank envelope so that I could confirm the shipment. She finds envelope, hands it back to me and tells me she “didn’t feel comfortable” mailing my letter for me. I told her that was fine because I didn’t trust her at all.
