There is so much to do and never enough time to exercise or get those aches and pains looked at! We end every week by saying “I’ll start Monday” or “I’ll book an appointment next week” but it never materialises. I get it... making the admission that something needs to change can often be the most challenging part of starting a journey to looking after ourselves. There isn’t a one size fits all approach which is why what you have found on google and heard from people you have spoken to haven’t helped. I work differently to other health professionals out there… As Albert Einstein famously said: “Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results.” So why not try a different approach? I engage in prevention and intervention efforts to help my clients feel, move and age better. I utilise massage therapy, injury rehabilitation and preventative exercise collaboratively or independently to empower my clients to achieve their goals which in turn, enables them to be the very best they can be. I work with a team of Olympic physiotherapists, GP's, surgeons, consultants, podiatrists and nutritionists to provide my clients with a standard of service and care way beyond the industry standard.
